I guess GCSO has started forcing all their call center people to come into the office once a month. I don't know how it is in other locations but in Cary it's been a nightmare. The days they come in, they completely trash the conference rooms they camp out in, they loudly watch TV or whatever on their phones while in those rooms, and the bathroom becomes a disgusting mess of everything from food (?!) to soiled toilet paper (!!) left on the bathroom floor and the toilet seats. I've never experienced anything like this in my professional career and it makes me wonder what the he-l their personal homes must look like. I wish GCSO leadership would just let them stay home so they're not burning out our janitorial staff every month.

They have put up signs in the Met 1 bathrooms on the call center floor reminding people to flush the toilets before leaving. I didn't realize I worked with preschoolers.
They got rid of call center people over 10 years ago. Bloomfield gone. Schaumburg gone. I could tell you stories. And everything on here is the same old. They got rid of everyone who worked and knew the systems. I had 22 employees at one time. 2 teams 12 onshore 10 offshore. Treated like junk. But the young people with 1 employee got promotions and treated awesome. Us with all the employees and over 7 million dollar budgets got pushed out
Legal assistants smell up the bathrooms and pantries at 200 P. This is the diversity that makes us stronger, though! Just close your nose and all will be right in the world again.n
It's at least once a month they've been swarming Met 2. This started back in the summer.
How often do they have to come in? I Thought most of them were remote?
Interesting. We've outsourced everything else so I guess it was only a matter of time before we cheaped out on the customer call center.
They won’t be along much longer. Cary agents are being outsourced next year.
