Layoffs happening January 17th, 2025.

There was a company wide email went out to East coast operations.
Mostly in CT. Shutdowns Jan 2-5 and a week in July around the 4th after quarter points. Reduces operating expenses a little bit. Less volume to work on during those period since the supply chain couldn't support linear deliveries even if it tried.
