UK XBS has too many people delivering $100 each. There must be a great opportunity to reduce but give those that remain a proper target to go for?

A company that constantly goes on about mental health to the point where they set up teams meetings but treat their staff horrendously. So glad I got out! Tried to fix something that wasn't broken about 2 years ago and have absolutely destroyed it. Shameful! They don’t care about their staff or customers

XBS in the UK are under consultation, we had a meeting yesterday and a quarter of the sales team is going in January, not sure about the management too
