Why are we keeping people on payroll that have quit
We are not terminating people (out of our computer ) who quit belk and are not coming back.

All stores do this to make their matrix look full and they just put the hours somewhere else, fullfillment, recovery, truck. Not what they are suppose to do, but corporate doesn’t check.
