What are everyone's guesses on structure % increase and CIP with the information we have right now?

Lots of yellow on the score card. Sounds like a 0.8-0.9 for me. Best guess for structure is 2-3% in line with O&M raises.
People said the same thing last year and it wasn't. 5 or .75.

No way the CIP is 1. CVX missed earnings and had some fatalities. More like .5 or .75 at best. Structure could be 2.

Low. Disappointing people will only help drive them away on their own accord, without severance.
