This is just another bs company making money from an "award scheme".
It's pay to play.
You pay to apply, you pay to attend the dinner and everyone gets a "prize"
Everyone knows this is how these things work and nobody is taken in by it.
The only real winner are the clowns who run the scheme.
If a corporation needs to shout out this nonsense, they're probably not it and just virtue signalling.

Wish I can escape this ^^^%%^ Hole but got a family, wife to support and tired + stressed out; every day feels like a prison sentence to me

DXC won this award against companies that not one person on God’s earth will have heard off until they read the press release.

DXC are masters off deception and bull.
The article says DXC incorporates sustainability and ethical practices into its operation. The company is shrinking every quarter and is unsustainable.
How ethical are some of managers who are skimming merit awards from folks awarding them 0% or 1% and then giving their friends awards of 6%+.

There are worse. When you experience the bad and the ugly you will feel fortunate to work at DXC despite the challenges. Trust me, believe me, there are more toxic places. Places where the leaders can get away with abuse and harassment etc. Anyways, not defending DXC but just trying to think on the other side of the fence.!
