If the intention has been to make people even more demoralized and depressed, they succeeded. What’s the point of these TH, anyway? To reassure us that we work for the worst, and that leadership is greedy, incompetent and completely out of touch? Now also scared, so they need to somehow transfer their fears to us too?

David was supposed have a open mic in Baltimore on December 12th, but canceled it.
That town hall was weird. It was basically just Cordani making sure we all knew that this event affected him negatively. I get it, but you also have millions of dollars and a private security team. It felt like it was all about him.
Yet there is never any acknowledgement of what us working drones are dealing with.
The TH is an opportunity to introduce yet another senior leader from India. Is anyone else concerned that we are laying off US employees to hire in India???

I loved how they highlighted what we've done. But I agree that they should have highlighted the individual employees or at least departments that made it happen. Cigna taking all the credit but none of the blame, as per usual.

Honestly, if it weren't for the employees, they would have nothing to highlight.
The answer is because they do nothing for their employees. The benefits as an employee are abysmal and RTO mandate is even worse.

The purpose of the town hall is obvious - to share information and data. The nature and extent of the TH agenda and information presented will be interpreted by attendees and readers of the content through their filters and psychology… Beware of propaganda and untruths…
What specifically about it made you depressed and demoralized? It seemed somber but that was the only negative I saw
