Upper management at belk seems unconcerned about severely understaffed stores. Our holiday season has been a total bust, I don’t know where the people are, but they certainly are not out shopping. We have lots of unsold merchandise, that even when drastically discounted, nobody wants. Our store is cluttered, messy, and disorganized and nobody at corporate seems to care or wants to help.

In our store we are not allowed to to take outlet returns.
Massive amounts of returns. How does it make sense to allow returns on merchandise that was bought at an outlet?
Shouldn’t that be final sale corporate? Are you listening?!
No company can survive while allowing this.
