The Group I worked within was supposed to get this "training" back in June , then they decided we didn't need it. which was another clue that it was going to end soon, At least for my team.
Ironic given Avaya's track record of speed, cost, integrity, etc 🤣 Trust Avaya? Our long standing predicament shows we lost that many years ago... Still, I suppose the training provided a distraction to try and mind play us into believing the company predicament was in some way our doing!
I had to sit through that torture in person. 3+hrs of my life I’ll never get back. Total HR “feel good” garbage that does nothing to make the company better.
Yeah, I really thought that training would play into DPTW. At the time, I thought it could be beneficial, but obviously not given the company's current trajectory.
