Are the surveys truly anonymous? What happens after the survey is done?

Confidential, not anonymous. I don’t think it ever claimed to be anonymous.
Any survey that requires a unique link for every user is not anonymous.
From what I have heard, direct leadership doesn't get any identifying information, but HR can and does see who says what. As far as actions being taken as a result of the surveys...no, I've never seen significant positive changes as a result.
Yes, which means nothing can really be actioned as the comments are too vague
