After 5 years in Oracle sales team, I finally gave up. Oracles doesn’t care what the customer think. Oracle rather spent money on a bunch of YES MAN middle managers and internal competitions. The culture is so toxic. Can’t take this sh-t anymore.

When I look back at my oracle career, how many in mgmt acted, how many have no purpose….it is a shame of the true meaning of being a hard worker. The place is a joke. It’s like high school forever.
