Not yet CL 28/29? Good luck

HR has been instructed to ceiling employees at CL 27 going forward. This means slower raises and lower compensation. For those who are 28/29 get used to hearing you are above your salary index and there will be no raise. They have a plan they just aren’t sharing it

All CL increases will be more difficult to achieve. HR is also working to ensure sustained performance isn’t achieved in the ranking so they can point to that as the reason why you aren’t receiving raises or promotions. Be prepared for your ranking to be much more volatile than it has been in the past.

As an employee of this company I don’t see any reason for people working from an office to be making $200,000+ a year. This company could do away with the majority of office jobs since they don’t actually bring the company any value.

And if you are 28/29 good luck making it any higher with the new dictate to hire outside talent and slow advancement of CL promotions

The reality is if someone is willing to do the work for cheaper, then you will always be at the top of the curve.

Issue is that there’s a lot of pretenders out there who can’t do the work themselves so they latch on to the conscientious and talented ones.

@iau+1vSpLxMu Again you're quoting massively over inflated US salaries. Those of us in these CL in ROW are paid much less but still beat up with the same stick for being too costly.

End result is the same however, we're all being pushed out for cheap folks in India.

@iau+1vSpLxMu Depends on your function. That’s the salary of a CL 29 in Controllers.

And the lack of integrity and demotivation as they use false narratives of your performance instead of saying they are artificially capping the numbers and your progression. Both Sr Leaders and HR are conspiring on this. Fortunately for them it’s hard to measure the negative impact they are creating

Pay range for CL 27 is probably in the low 200k to 300k range. Age is probably pretty evenly distributed for that CL as you have many that top off around that along with early/mid career supervisors
