A lot of people are deciding to retire sooner than they expected. It makes me curious about what’s driving that decision. I’m not a big fan of Crown, but I don’t think the situation is bad enough to push people into early retirement. Is there something major I’m missing?

"Forced" retirement is also not the same as retirement.
Retiring from Crown early is not the same as retiring early.
