We don’t always tell the truth on surveys, so let’s at least be honest here.

Happy? I do not know what this word means
Hate this place. Hate management. 870 more days & I will leave with my pension. And I don’t respond to surveys anymore
Not happy at all and ready to retire. Mid career I was ok but last two years have really been s hit for me.
Hate it and it will show.
Actually, I loved my job. Loved the majority of the people I worked with. Loved the projects, the challenges, the perceived opportunities, the - what I thought - was career stability and positive impact that my efforts were making. What a great legacy to leave behind! For decades I’d always felt like I was part of the team, something bigger than me.
Then I got an NSI and realized I wasn’t valued at all and all my efforts meant nothing. Biggest shock, embarrassment, and hurt I’ve ever endured. Probably should’ve stuck it out, but didn’t want to face or give any more of my energy to an organization that would treat me so badly.
Never went to the office again and immediately lost touch with all those people I “loved.” It’s a game. I was a pawn.
No. You don’t get paid for your accomplishments more than a year after your accomplishment. And then they give you 0%
