When will there be healing of the inflation wounds? And more

Pay increases have no where near kept up with inflation over the past few years much less covered the pay freezes suffered due to the company's hard times. The wounds are still festering. Are they are gonna sweep those losses in pay under the rug? We will see what kind of integrity the management team has and see if it is the type of team we want to be a part of. Is the promised healing still coming? The CEO doesn't need healing as he has sold 40million in stock this year and still owns 60 million. All that pay for what? The company is losing market share to WD and has made losing strategic decisions.

Large pay increases won't occur until we get substantial orders for HAMR drives from most of our customers. Don't hold your breath on this one.

Most people that I know in LCO get paid upwards of 300k

That's what should be paid in LCO or FRE on paper for a 1 comp ratio competitive rate, but isn't for 90%. Keep in mind a run down shack in the area costs 1 million.

They are more likely planning the next pay theft operation for themselves. No, these people are not the type to do what is right and return the pay theft money. There will be no reward for your hard work and sacrifice except for the investor class.

Have to pay off our vendors with interest and penalties first. That will probably take years. Maybe we can award ourselves a raise in Spark.
