It’s frustrating seeing the same mistakes rewarded, especially when other companies would never tolerate something like that. It’s like the place is built on failure, and instead of facing consequences, people just get promoted. How is that even possible? It’s tough to keep working when it feels like things never get better, no matter how much we hope for change.

I’d be concerned with your gut feeling. They want you to keep your head down and concentrate on ur work and shut up but if ur being gaslit and abused be as annoying as possible, toxic people have a hard time dealing with that caused there used to people shying away.
Focus on the work - tasks, owners , due dates and dependencies. Don’t be consumed by others negative psychology and BS predictions…
I see posts like this on here a lot. It’s hard to face it but if you feel like that is probley cause your team and supervisor don’t care about you and want you to leave. They don’t fire people much, they just stall them out and mess with them. After 10 years at the company I’ve learned it’s a team level effort to constructively terminate someone. I’m sorry to tell you but you’re probs targeted and they want you to quit. Don’t exspect change and be as annoying as possible, they are counting on you to stay quiet. Oh yes and document everything.
Agree, change may be good for you then.
Careful what you wish for.
