Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Get out if you can

Management here seems more focused on the numbers than its employees. If you're looking for a place that values its people, there are definitely better options. The company culture feels like it's all about a small, exclusive group running the show, leaving everyone else behind.

Union bank people. You need to leave the will lay you off or find a way to fire you. Your performance won't save you.

You make too much. You are spoke to garbage to US Bank as a failed employees. Your experience and performance will not save you.

Ya know I’d be “onboard” if you’d be transparent and honest about what you’re trying to accomplish. Don’t answer the tough questions, because you don’t want to “spook” the staff into an exodus, just keep leading the lambs to sla-ghter. People want respect, good pay for quality work, to be treated like a person not a #. “We put people first” my ***.

Welcome to corporate America, U.S. Bank. Provincial practices and ideas don’t cut it anymore. You’re either on board, or you’re not. For those that are not, I would guess you can go work for Hennepin or Ramsey county and slack off.
