People are more than happy to walk away on their own these days. We’ve lost three team members in just three months, and with no replacements coming, it’s no surprise the extra workload might drive even more of us to quit. I don't see how this is a good thing, but it is what it is.

Trump’s “drill, baby, drill” strategy (increase domestic oil production) will lead to quality people going elsewhere. The losers will remain on this sinking ship.
