If you didn’t go back in the office 50% of the time - you will automatically be labeled as “needs improvement”….which most likely means no bonus or minimal raise.

This is especially messed up since we weren’t told that you had to make up time in office if you took PTO. If you went in 3 days a week, but didn’t make up for the vacation or sick time you took off, you’re sc--wed.

We were told the same - doesn’t matter how hard you worked this year, if you didn’t go back 3 days most of the time and your percentage was under 50% you are can’t be ranked a meaningful performer

I hate RTO but that’s not true. It might be your own managers rule but it’s not a blanket rule. I was on the call w HR.
