That Viasat One event was so cringe with all the speakers obviously reading off their laptop screens. MD's eyes going left to right to left to right the whole time.

Increase salaries to make up for the low stock price. That’s what came out of viasat one
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
One Viasat was definitely scripted and cringeworthy. P&C is clearly scrambling. Pulling out all of the stops and implementing the 'Improve Morale 101' playbook. Unfortunately, it is not resonating with the employees.
I used to go to those all hands meetings when the west campus court yard was big enough to accommodate everybody. I lost interest about the time they built all the other buildings. Very little of what he was saying had anything to do with what I was doing. His ego was big and getting bigger too.
Having sat through years of all-hands, I've observed changes in MD's messaging. He's not really engaging in strategic meat as he once did in years past. In recent all-hands, he puts the right words together but strays from getting to the meat of the issues. Taken in snippets his words are cehck boxes but when you assemble the full message you're left with not much to build on. It's like he and execs are counting on saying the same thing enough times will finally be convincing enough to forget about the real value destruction they have helmed.
It feels like the One Viasat event was more for them (execs) to feel better about their direction than us. Sort of a public self-affirmation or-y for themselves while we look on unconvinced.
whens the logo coming off B10?
Ya, we are now in the cringe phase of our corporate decline. It's like they read in a management book that they need cheeleading propoganda sessions to distract the natives from what they observe in the market.
Clearly Viasat pays low salaries since "Compensation" was the #1 feedback for all the questions they asked.
Yeah. That and pressure to turn up to the stupid thing regardless of your time zone or whether you’re having breakfast lunch dinner or in the bar. Brainless
Agree! It was so staged. There is no REAL engagement with employees. Just propaganda.
