When will the changes be made to stop sales reps from selling outside of their manager or director’s assigned region? I have customers and techs ask me to help them because I am local BSC. But the sales rep who sold it is based in another state and that sales person does not even own the customer’s account. They don’t offer any help after sold.

Who made these rules? As a BSC, I was hired to be a local sales rep.
New logo sales can be made anywhere in the US. Only real rules are related to existing WIN customers. Those are not allowed to be sold outside of territory. Unless people are selling to existing customers outside of their region, there is no issue. None. End of story. Move on.

I feel like I'll never escape this place.
I'll be honest here, I haven't worked here since May 2023, I've moved on to another company.
I feel like my life is like that movie The Truman show, where every action I do is being televised for someones entertainment.
Where all the irritation with this company can't be escaped and I still have to deal with this place. I get told that we will have a fiber impact during a maintenance window that never happens, so I'm left with wondering if the work was completed, or if you all fixed some other places fiber instead during the maintenance window.
Anyways, in case my life is like the Truman show, I'd like to go ahead and apologize for all the j3rking off, or m4st3b4t1ng for the 50 plus crowd, or choking the chicken for the younger crowd.
