Whatever happens with Avaya, and it will be nothing good, we will have layoffs and more layoffs. I would rather be prepared and have other options lined up when the time comes for me to be let go. It eliminates a lot of anxiety and stress. We can all easily find ourselves caught up in the fear of losing a job and become very irrational about it. Better help yourself by being one step ahead.

The job market is sh-t right now. You must be pretty unhappy yourself to come on here and hate on this post, stop being a troll!
You must not be very good or you’d have a job by now.
Keep looking and get out as soon as possible. Avaya is toast. Customers have gotten wind of what is happening and renewals will be non-existent in 6 months
