Does changing roles change your designation? Example- if you are remote in a position and take another that is hybrid but live out of the mile radius.

I believe in Workday employees are coded Hub or Remote. If you are coded Hub you are expected to be in the office 3+ days/week.
Hybrid is no longer a thing. You are either remote or office based. If you are office based you need to be in the office 3+days per week. If you apply for an office based job you must adhere to the 3 day minimum.
My interpretation of the workforce strategy policy is if you are currently remote and applying for a remote job, they would only consider you as an option after the role has been open for 90 days and they were not able to find a candidate at the primary hubs, and if after 45 days of the role being posted couldn't fill it with a candidate from ANY USB Hub, then they would open it for remote fulfillment.
