When the company focus is brought back to engineering, manufacturing and service which is what created the Company’s ability to deliver the finest aviation experience you will feel the change. The woke C.HRo and her dei culture eroding focus is a major issue on the floor as we see how it affects the perception of fairness and the focus or lack of it on hiring the most qualified people not the best fitting statistic. Can you see what happened to quality at another major aviation company, dei and finance with no focus on engineering or manufacturing.

The news tomorrow, is it just no more overtime? The contractor non-renewal, hiring freezing, no promotions, and bonus next year was known today or earlier.

Whenever Gulfstream dosent make earnings the axe gets dropped to make leadership look like they are on top of the issue and save their fat paychecks.
No loyalty to those that really work at this place, none.

Over the past four years, we received the EIP payout in December because "we love our employees" and its great to give it to the employees before Christmas.

This year, as seen on IG, we will get it in February based on this year's business environment. Be prepared for an 80% EIP payout when we don't meet deliveries in 2024.
