I was laid off in India. Who are these groups I should complain to please?

Yes, in fact, people laid off should sue over the tactics used by Ford HR.
"You want severance, sign this document. You have 30 days to do so before we put in your severance. Which you'll get in another 45 days. All while you're not getting a pay check!"
That practice should be illegal.
You can’t get the severance package if you make noise. A lot of people need that money.

You are assuming that people care enough and have bruised ego's enough to put forth this effort. I'll ask again the same as the previous post...Why?
