I have not seen anything on here but that’s not saying it didn’t or won’t happen. Someone mentioned that next year they will focus on firing instead of laying off next year. I can see that. Just seeing if anyone heard anything about this month.

Those of you stating staying till March for bonuses.... LMAO good luck with anyone making less than 100,000 getting a bonus. To top off they are trying to save money.
They let go of us p-e on's getting those a few years ago.
At the mid or year end meetings where managers rack and stack employees against each other, they focus on failure and never success for an individual. If you installed 20 projects over the year but had 3 post production issues, they are going to talk about the three failures. If another employee had three projects go live in the same year without issue, they will be ranked above the more productive.
When I joined US Bank, I was enthusiastic and heard about all of these projects that were 90% done. Today, they are still 90% done, and these con artists are still here. This is a place for them, not me, but I will say to the person who mentioned the dead wood: This culture rewards them as I have never seen anywhere else; there is no reason to work hard; it is hardly noticed and not rewarded.
Counting the days until March bonus. There is too much work and too many incompetent people just treading water. Org changes and attrition have created so much confusion and delays.
Everyone I know is planning on leaving in March, after bonuses are paid. One guy I know is starting a daycare, says it will pay better!
Just wait until Jan/Feb of 25.
That would su-k re: focusing on firing.
I would have preferred they started with firing first. Too much dead weight that didn't deserve severance packages. Sigh! Yet another mis-calculation from management. I'm expecting an exodus in March after bonuses are paid out. Expect low bonus and higher long-term incentives this round.
