Beyond frontline managers and individual contributors, mid-to-senior-level employees (G8 and above) often add little value to discussions, with many unsure of their roles.
Having worked across various BUs for the past 12 years, I can confidently say that letting go of G8 and above would have negligible impact. While a few G7+ employees do contribute, most are disconnected from day-to-day work and add limited value
