Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Do not sign write up or termination slip
Do not write anything on it, do not write’refused’ on it. If they tell you that you are suspended for not signing it, tell them ok and then they want you to sign a a paper agreeing to suspension, don’t sign that either. This is a scam and Belk’s way of layoff without paying unemployment it’s a scam and it’s wrong and it happened to me and thankful I didn’t sign the paperwork or I would not be able to get unemployment
