I have to say, for all the moaning and groaning that goes on here, the Open House was a classy event. While crowded (think they’ll pick up some improvements for next year), it was top notch and well done. You can tell a lot of planning and spend went into this event. Seeing the drone show with thousands of spectators and families was a moment of company pride. Even saw Darren Woods among the crowd. Hats off

I’ll take a raise over a bullsh-t holiday event, but bootlickers gonna lick boots
Very impressive to see everyone smiling in a place that treats you so bad makes me wonder this people is more fake than I thought
Also have you thought how many people that were is fake pips could have been saved just with the drone show.. imagine the total budget for this party.
@vuo+1vOYGF90 trying to cater to the masses, not feasible to have a celebration for every faith
Does anyone know how much was spent on it?
I agree all feedback was positive. It was a real family event. Hands down to all the planners in this.
It’s great if you’re white and Christian.
In other news water is wet
Meanwhile in the other HC10 locations...
It was really a great event, not sure why it took 10 years to get here. Hopefully it'll be a regular occurrence but I'll have to see it to believe it.
An incredible evening!
Would have preferred a gift card or cash in lieu of the event.
Amazing how much money is left over to spend on stuff like this once we’ve replaced enough of our colleagues with low cost, call center labour!
I agree with the positive comments. First class event that I thoroughly enjoyed sharing with my family. I enjoyed this much more than the typical holiday celebration options.
Agree with the original post. Thankful for the work and planning that went into such an event. As employees, it's nice to show one another's families the pride we take in our work. Lots of criticism still with mgmt but for tonight, thankful for them putting on the event and sharing it with the employees. Thank you!
Incredible
The upstream president announcement soured anything the company does from here on out.
I thought everything ran very smoothly. That being said, I doubt they will do it again next year. This celebration was also for the 25 year anniversary of the Exxon and Mobil merger. I thought that was why they were willing to spend millions on this.
