If ~220 jobs can be performed Hybrid, why are companies sponsoring/supporting/continuing L1 Visas?

The biggest damage is from H-1B and then firing Americans so they can batch process PERM applications for their green card.

Right - L1 is company internal transfer. Why should employers want a transfer when 2/3rd of the jobs are done remote to a large extent?
L1 is company transfer and can’t be compared to h1b. Makes tons of sense to move talent within the company
They should cut off all H1B visas b4 L1. L1 has proven track of experience, H1B is just a lie.
