Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Keith Fisher resigns from Intelligrated

He almost made it 3 years. Who is leading that ship these days? A lot of leaders seemed to have left recently (Miro, Dayan, Larson, and now Keith and maybe others)...Wonder what is going on in the background. Can't imagine Honeywell doesn't try to spin this business off some how.

I’m surprised he lasted as long as he did. He wasn’t cut out for that position. Thought he was the smartest guy in the room because worked in aerospace and that conveyor should be simple.

I was laid off last year from IGS and HW literally sc--wed EVERY customer which includes Home Depot. The sad part is that HD bought every premium service package available from IGS which included on site dedicated maintenance, ordering, etc...

No doubt the weak sales pipeline helped him make a decision to leave. What happened to our relationship with Home Depot?

Hopefully he will recruit Gurish to Enersys and we can the regain some of our lost excellence

Sadly, IGS is not the only company HW have driven into the ground. I saw them do the same over and over again in HGAS.

I met Keith once and he seemed nice and he asked knowledgeable questions. We've got to admit that he was handed a unit that was failing due to the previous management. John Boy was an absolute disaster and having DA as CEO did not help any unit of Honeywell. It almost seems that Honeywell is trying to get people to leave IGS with all of the extra efforts being imposed on its employees instead of trying to actually create extra value for our customers. I don't have high hopes for the future of IGS.

I left recently. Just amazing to watch them run a once great company into the ground. All customers hate H.

I doubt he happily resigned to “pursue opportunities outside of Honeywell” - the business is doing poorly and he had a reputation for being a belittling tyrant in meetings. He was likely given as deadline to vacate, or anticipated receiving a deadline based on the performance of the business, and decided to bail.

Lost a lot of good people during his tenure, so I’m not sorry to see him leave.

Leave it up to Honeywell to wreck a profitable company. Sheesh. All talk and no go.
