Thread regarding CDW layoffs

After CDW

I left CDW earlier this year due to severe bullying from my team and upper management, physical as--ult, and sh---y working hours. Now I’m finally recovering from all the stress they caused and honestly? Not worth it. Underpaid and terrible company culture. Get out while you can. Yes the grass is greener.

Also just curious, did anyone else face this kind of bullsh-t while/still working there or was I just unlucky?

Use the above link and call. Based what is written here, you may have a case, even if there were performance issues. The firm can determine if the termination/ layoff was fair versus how others are treated. The call and conversation is free and if there is a case, their legal representation may be at no cost..

Hi, OP here. I will not disclose what city I worked in but i can say I did report everything and I kid you not in a teams message from HR I was told to SUE CDW. Like how tf would there not be repercussions for suing your employer while you work for them?

No physical as--ult and I'm sorry that you had to suffer that. I did indeed work for management who didn't know what to do with me/my team for more than 5 years and 2024 saw me have to go through a pretend disciplinary procedure before I said, you either need to write me up which I won't sign and I'll write up my end of the conflict which I've been documenting for years or we need to finish this farce once and for all. I now assume they didn't bother writing me up and going through that hassle in the summer cuz they knew they were gonna get rid of me in the fall (as people here in other threads said this was a months long project, getting together the list of us who were to be laid off). So happy to read you are in a greener pasture and happier.

Left early this year as well due to stressful environment. Became a circus with clowns managing the team. Way too stressful to work with below par coworkers.
