Manager-Approved - Work at Home

Has anyone use this in the time entry code in Workday? Is there a limit to how many times you can use this?

Go WFH via ADA. There’s a form on Iris, I have diagnosed anxiety & ADHD.
The whole process from submitting the form filled out by my physician to HR approval was less than 10 business days and is now a non-negotiable for me, HR and the future.

I had a skip level meeting with my director who said managers have the responsibility to check if people are abusing it but have the discretion to compare if employees notified them of appointments or snow days in case the name comes up in the card swipe report. Once a week will probably not be questioned. Twice is understandable if bad weather or oncall.

I told my employees to use it if something comes up like an appointment or if there is bad weather. I really don't care how much they use it but I can see how often each person submits it. I don't approve or see it on the front end but can pull reporting and see who is using it after the fact.

Just like everything else people ask about on here. If you ask enough and abuse it enough someone will put a rule around it or perhaps even take it away.
