Any idea if another round is definitely happening on Thursday? It is too quiet. Unsure if it's due to coming back from the holiday or something is happening behind the scenes.

“No layoff on clinical operations side“
For now, February is Coming… Been seeing tons of unhappy Cigna customer posts since Luigi, this can’t be good for business for long. People are fed up and looking for other options.
No layoff on clinical operations side
Got my notice . The severance package is 16 weeks. Definitely didn’t see it coming especially before the holidays. I am still in good spirits . Everyone thing happens for a reason .
Yes, full severance was given and bonus. I do however think making employees come in to get laid off is strange when you already worked your 3 days. Human Resoure representatives should be able to handle or at least be present. Happy Holidays
Did the people that were laid off get full severance based on time with company? There was a previous post here saying someone got only half what was posted on iris.
I know of one that was not in Provider Contracting. This is not a low performer.
End of year layoffs. Cigna sunk to a new low yesterday.
Anyone know how many were impacted in Provider Contracting in total?
Im so very sorry for those impacted. I know some will be glad to go, others not so much.
Provider Contracting departments are getting hit
My manager has moved my one on one 3 times today. I think I’m getting my notice. But no idea what departments are included.
Which department
Got my notice today!
I hear ya'll. We've had over a year to prepare for it at this point. I'm hoping everyone else has built up their savings and made solid contingency plans, like I have. I wouldn't mind an extra paycheck for doing nothing. I currently make more with this job, but the next one will probably be better than this. I'm indifferent at this point, TBH.
Honestly, at this point I hope I get laid off. It's become a literal dumpster fire working here, I'd welcome the severance package while looking for something better.
Yes I rather be laid off all this last min training making salary employees work over 40 hours with no pay is crazy
I am in the MA side and praying I get laid-off. Looks like it wont happen as we are all going over to HCSC soon. I would rather take a severance and find a job with better benefits than transition over to HCSC.
