We should have a separate job code for all PADP related activities
- filling out KO forms
- sitting in ranking session
- completing PADP forms
- preparing for ranking meeting
- training for PADP process
Also a separate job code for preparing for and participating in executive and board management visits. So much time and money spent on this. The board visits in particular are a colossal waste of time and money.
And finally a separate job code for skills assessment. Preparing all the excel spreadsheets, entering it in online, annual meetings and training, and justifying and interviewing level 3 and higher.
