What do these people do? We are paying former teachers, former cheerleaders and former stay at home moms more money than software engineers to do what exactly? Some of the highest paid people at the bank and I don’t know what they do.

They call a ton of meetings that are completely useless. Waste an incredible amount of worker's time to stroke their egos. Official note takers, taking credit for the work of others. They add absolutely nothing to the business or bottom line. Uselessness stealing a check.
