So Bpep didn't give a sufficient raise. Didn't give a bonus. Now they were losing 30% of their company employees to Cheveron.....and much more contractors. It's going to take so much to retrain people. They going to lose so much senior knowledge. Why did they chose to not even compete against Cheveron.
