Check out jobs at Boeing. They ought to be hiring soon after those that got layoff notices at Boeing are gone. But Boeing will want you to have 10 years as a minimum experience as an engineer and willing to working on-site in a high cost of living city, where it rains all the time for two-thirds the salary as the guy's Boeing just laid off.
What companies are hiring? Since America rejected California's EV dream, I don't even see suppliers hiring.
I am sure you will be doing Ford a big favor by leaving.
Given you attitude I sure you have been a drag on your co-workers for quite a long-time sulking about how bad you have it.

Unfortunately, some of our leaders are demented and torment others for sport.
