I work with GREAT team members.
It makes me sick to my stomach that many are suffering because inflation keeps rising and none of them get pay raises that will combat it.
Shame on the executive team and board for allowing this to happen.
Some got excellent on their performance reviews and were told no raises. Leadership had no issue taking their raises
If the board had any ba--s the entire exec team would be let go.

They have to something to make the EPS better for Q2! Micro Focus 2.0 but worse!
Nothing like incentivizing people to put forth the least amount of effort possible.
