Last two years bonus have been pitiful. Despite exceeding my goals and performing well, my bonus was low and our team was given an excuse as to why my bonus wasn't as well as before. Meanwhile we hear how our executives are rewarded generously.

Any more details on this double bonus? My supervisor has not mentioned this, is that just because I’m not getting one? Which teams or departments?

Double bonus? Through someone getting nothing you mean or actual more money? Do supervisors know how much the teams were given already?

If you’re a hard worker for a new leader who’s in competition with a peer who’s jealous because they didn’t get the job, expect to get sc--wed and have your work taken credit for elsewhere. Fight for what’s yours and make it clear what work is yours & where you stand. Do not play Switzerland and instead tell the peer and leader to talk and figure their sh-t out. Do not let it involve or impact you. SPEAK UP!

Anyone know if MA employees are getting a bonus? Already given word on a raise but what about bonuses.
