I was laid off in 2020. My only issue was if you are doing this for stock price, then make it happen. It was and now is. Ok. Let’s see what you do now.

I’m not waiting for the stock price to rise, never have, waiting on the job market to get better. I haven’t seen it this bad since 2008. It’s an employers market right now but it’s cyclical and will soon become an employees market.
