December All Team Meeting (new name for Town Hall) and Employee Feedback Survey

Anyone want to take bets whether they will have a presentation on the (likely) lousy feedback they got in the survey? I know I didn't hold back this year.

I asked my manager about this in a recent team meeting and there hasn't been anything said yet about when results would be shared with teams.

I asked AI to create cooperate jargon. I imagine David Cordani saying something like this:

"Our strategic focus remains on driving sustainable revenue growth to maximize shareholder returns and maintain robust stock performance. To achieve this, we’re leveraging a two-pronged approach: optimizing our workforce agility through natural attrition and cultivating a high-pressure innovation ecosystem that inspires employees to explore new career horizons—all while minimizing overhead. Because here at Cigna, we believe in leaning in... and sometimes leaning out."

There are too many poor decisions made by senior leadership that aren’t good for Cigna customers, too.

I didn’t realize this site was intended to promote cigna and benefit its customers.😆

There certainly are too many self-centered opinions expressed on this site, none which benefit cigna customers…

" It does make me wonder, at what band level do you officially have to sell your soul and go along with it all knowing full well it’s a crock of s@&$?"

Such lies, always, I don’t expect anything else any longer. These surveys are a joke. They will only report back what they want to. It does make me wonder, at what band level do you officially have to sell your soul and go along with it all knowing full well it’s a crock of s@&$? I imagine some of these people were, or at least used to be, decent people wanting to make a difference that actually valued integrity and honesty, but to blatantly gaslight and lie in beyond the corporate sales speak way but daily to their own colleagues, it’s got to keep them up at night, at least the half decent ones. I do not envy them.

My money is on them lying throught their teeth and saying what great results the insight survey had.
I hate it here, I've never been more burnt out in my life.

I expect the usual gaslighting, "Everyone is so excited to be back face to face!" There's no way they'll share the actual truth - "People hate working here because we insisted on forcing people who were working remotely for more than a decade to commute to an empty HQ where they get of video calls with their team members who are geographically scattered and still working from home."

It su-ks, we hate it. They know and don't care.
