Telehealth may be going away for Medicare members in 2025 but we more than likely won’t hear about denying those services until March.
Enrollment is flat so far.
Medicare is over performing to an extent in AEP.
What facts do you have to back this statement up? I’ll wait.
I swear all you people want to do is fear monger and try to get others worried about their jobs as if they don’t already have enough to worry about.
“Something seems to be going on”

“Any thoughts?”
OP, you’re about to get ripped 🤓

Hopefully someone at the pay grade that will still get a bonus will respond. Those that have repeated the cycle by those at the pay grades who provide leadership are too exhausted to care. Same culture same results equal insanity. (Don’t care about grammar or punctuation) Scroll back a few years and you will see the trend of frontliners sreaming at rooftops to change culture to get new results. Nothing new to us at the bottom.
