Hey everyone- regardless of how we feel about the state or affairs at Allstate, I hope that we all can agree that Thanksgiving is a holiday that we should all enjoy. Hope you all are able to spend time with your friends and family to give thanks for all that is good in your lives. Allstate will still be here next week and the craziness can ramp back up again then.

Stay positive, prioritize your mental health, update your resume and play the game until something better comes along. Do the bare minimum and remember how Allstate has treated you in one of the worst job market in years.
I would feel more blessed with a 10 month severance being my paid ticket out of Allstate's misery.
@kab+1vGPf1w7.
And people wonder why Allstate has such a poor customer service reputation.
After seeing RIF after RIF after RIF, I prioritized my personal professional development and went on the market. I was only looking for a few months and found a much better position at a much higher rate.
I thank God that I'm out of Allstate. I wish all of you the best, but it's a dumpster fire.
Bahahaha, GTFO bOyO. This is as bad as them cheesy emails from our corporate masters telling us to “be well” during the nondenominational, politically correct, pronoun infused, DEI holiday season or teams chats asking for granny’s 100 year old traditional, old world, home county, cranberry sauce recipe (ps it’s from a can lined with lead). No I’m not giving you pics of my family to put in a PowerPoint and email company wide to show how much you care. Now back to work BOYO, can’t be the big dogs with all this “thankfulness” BS gettin in the way!
