It shouldn't be below .9. We did better than last year..
If you're not busy, working hard and making serious coin now, it's your own darn fault, don't be down on others. Also learn to spell, maybe others including employers will take you more seriously.

Why would this year be worse than last year

No way it’s over 1. Metrics off target, constant messaging of “mixed performance”, ROCE not high enough. Worker bees must give up their CIP to ensure the shareholders and ELT are paid.
