In canada, its 2 months notice and 4 weeks severance for every year of service. RSU Vesting continuing till notice date (2 months). Wonder if its worth going to a lawyer..
Did you get it reviewed by an attorney? Any recommendations from them?
I plan to for sure. 2/3 of my stock options are unvested to the tune of ~$65K. Meanwhile, I Google search turns up a person with $10M in RSUs that include accelerated vesting. Strongly recommend having an attorney review the severance agreement before signing.
