You're not an investment, you're just cheap labor. They’ll keep you around for a couple of years, have you handle the worst tasks, and then effectively let you go by skipping over your promotion when the time comes. I hope anyone considering this company sees this and stays away.

They will cut you in your perform to well and make more than your peers. Performance won't save you. This company is unethical as can be. No one is safe. Make less and keep your job
