You are a mo--n. PE’s buy companies all the time. CDW prints money to the bottom line. Buy that at a discount, grow it, sell it for more. Doesn’t matter if you do anything unique. You could have a popsicle stand as long as it makes money. But no, CDW isn’t prepping to be sold at this time. If they were you would know it as many superfluous initiatives would be cut first to enhance the NGOI.
Why would anyone buy us? We are resellers. We don’t have or do anything unique. We are the remoras of IT.
