I can’t take this anymore. This place is toxic, and nothing gets done. I’m out soon, no way I’m sticking around in this nightmare. I feel for the people stuck here, constantly living in fear of layoffs. It’s miserable. No paycheck is worth this kind of stress. I’m sure as he-l better than this.

Get. Out. It’s actually that easy. I did it. Just leave. The grass is so much greener. Get the eff out. The people left are the ones too scared, comfortable, or who drank the kool aid. Get out. The world is wide with opportunities. And to the people who are staying for severance - just leave. My pay bump was more than any severance.

So much flawed systems in place that they refuse to work on or change just because "it works" for whatever thats worth lol
I hear ya. It’s messed up that this is the only company that has ever laid anyone off. On top of that they said you can’t send your resume out and look for other jobs and go to another company where it might be better. It’s just not fair EMT and management job is to make me happy not care about profits.
