I'm hearing D2D sales will continue to get layoffs. Terrible leadership there is the reason.

Question: Is that D2D consumer, business or both?

What does leadership need to change to help reverse course and begin helping better?

I have worked here for over 25 years, they always start watching the OT this time of year, even before all of the layoffs started. I think most companies do this same practice.
