WS would have to first care enough to go out and look for actual leaders first.
I'm hearing D2D sales will continue to get layoffs. Terrible leadership there is the reason.

Layoffs usually happen in November
I have worked here for over 25 years, they always start watching the OT this time of year, even before all of the layoffs started. I think most companies do this same practice.
Whatever is needed to make the Q4 & end of year books look good.
There's a reason management is discouraging overtime and complaining about fuel expenses for idling vehicles. Watch the warning signs kids.
